Foxholes Animal Hotel was established in 1989 and since
then we have endeavoured to provide high quality personal service, we are based
in
Foxholes has seen steady growth over the last twenty years, in fact
,every year has seen new developments as profits have been returned to the
business to develop better facilities for the pets and the staff and to promote
excellent customer services.
As an example in 2008: we opened a small shop next to our reception
selling all types of pet feeds and sundries:
A new staff room was purchased and installed in the main yard; a new
kitchen was installed in the cattery; in our dormitory kennel section 20 kennels
were completely renovated with new Steel/Perspex doors and dividers all this
along with our usual annual repaint of everything static!
We have already made a great improvement this year with false ceilings in
the indoor kennels.

Here at Foxholes
your pets become part of our extended family. We give them the care we know you
want them to have while you are away and all the attention we know you expect
from us. The staff at Foxholes are chosen for their love of animals and their
wish to work within a company dedicated to animal care, not only that but also a
real commitment to give your pets the T.L.C they will need while you are away.
We are also a well recognised training centre for students doing Animal Care
courses, working with local colleges and schools. Grooming ; Our
qualified groomer and her assistants will give your dog a professional service
ranging from a quick bath to full clipping or trimming for any breed of
dog - special shampoo’s and treatments are available for all coat types or
problems. Our groomer Lynn is very considerate and caring towards her canine
clients, she is especially good with first time visitors handling them with
consideration so they don’t become stressed or scared by their new situation
making it a pleasure rather than an ordeal. The salon is open to non- residents
but it is wise to book well in advance as we do get very busy. Open 6 days a
week. 8.30am to 5.30pm we can also combine a grooming session with a days
boarding while you are at work. This includes a walk at lunchtime and small
meals or treats.
Pampered Pets Pampered Pet is a higher level of service for the pet that
needs those little extras. Extra walks in the woods or fields at lunchtime or
playtime for cats. Special Gourmet meals, i.e. Chicken, Fish, Treats at bedtime
and toys to play with and take home. Daily grooming and a beauty treatment for
half price in our salon before leaving and finally, lots and lots of TLC.
